Returns and Refunds Policy
In the unlikely event that the goods you purchased are faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 0433673009. We will arrange to pick-up the goods and will either repair, exchange of refund your purchase.
Custom-made products cannot be returned, or refund requested unless the product:
- Is affected by a quality issue
- Does not match the image proof signed-off by the customer
In the event that one or both of the above situations have occurred, SSAP will either:
- organise for the goods to be returned to us and we will replace the original product with a new one
- credit the customer account and the customer retain the original product without providing a product replacement
Product Returns and Refunds (Standard products):
In the event that the customer is not satisfied with a standard product, the customer may request a product replacement, or a refund within 30-days of purchase date.
The product must be returned in a saleable condition and in its original packaging.
The customer is responsible to arrange for the product to be returned either via a registered post or a courier and is also responsible of making sure that the product is received by SSAP before the refund process commences. The customer is also responsible to pay for the delivery cost incurred.
Once the product has been received by SSAP, a replacement product will be arranged to be delivered, or a credit will be issued to the customer’s account.
In the event that the error was made by SSAP, the product return delivery cost and the replacement product delivery cost will be covered by SSAP.
